All orders with Healthy Direct are UNAFFECTED by Royal Mail strikes.

After the latest postal strikes and the announcement of another strike on Friday 6th November and Monday 9th November, we wanted to reassure you that the delivery of any orders placed with Healthy Direct before, during and after the strikes will not be affected.

At Healthy Direct all mail is sorted at our distribution centre prior to being dispatched, therefore circumventing sorting centres in the UK and going directly to the delivery offices.

Healthy Direct operates a same-day-despatch policy and although we ask you to allow a maximum of ten days for delivery (as we are based in Guernsey), over 80% of UK orders placed reach customers within 3 days.
